The one at at (30, 88) in Suramar is at the bottom of the cave 'Halls of the Eclipse'. the entrance is at (29,85)

It is also guarded by the rare elite Sorallus, but you can easily walk around him.

Pick up the Alimentation tellurique : salles de l’Éclipse, part of Cirque tellurique while you are in the Halls of Eclipse.

Also in that room are some Inquisiteur gangrâme which have a small drop chance for a pet, so don't avoid them, just kill them on your way past and cross your fingers.

There is one located at 41,19 in Suramar. If you take the flight point to Obsidian Overlook in Highmountain, you can slow fall/glider down to it.

~~Since nowadays Gemme de mana ancestrale and Cristal de mana ancestral stack to 5, I expect that Amas de mana ancestral chatoyant will do the same. To be tested as soon as I will get some more.~~
Today I finally managed to get two Amas de mana ancestral chatoyants with one my chars... well the availability seems limited... but the bad news is: they do NOT stack. Despite the fact that Gemme de mana ancestrales and Cristal de mana ancestrals nowadays stack up to 5.

Looted the Shimmering Ancient Mana Cluster over by the Lunar Crucible in Suramar... but only got an Ancient Mana Crystal (50 mana) from it.
Sent in two tickets, after a bit of confusion over the first, here's what I got for the second:

What I understand is that you looted a Shimmering Ancient Mana cluster, however only received an Ancient Mana Crystal. No worries, I would like to see if we can clarify how these are intended to work and help you out today! ; D

The Ancient Mana Cluster nodes are still only designed to be a chance, and is not guaranteed. Sorry for the inconveince this brought, but thank you for reporting this. This has a chance to drop the normal ancient mana as well.

I've found 4 of these, i've aranged these starting from the south east corner and travelling in an anti-clockwise direction. Not sure if it's an exhaustive list or not.
In case you dont know, you'll get a item into your bag, that if you click on it, will give you 150 Ancient Mana, cap is 500, so don't click the item in your bag unless you're under 350 Ancient Mana.
There's a fair bit of ancient mana to spend in Suramar, so these below would be worth it.

79.6, 72.8 - Underwater off the South East Coast
46.5, 26.0 - Underneath the waterfall towards north of map,
41.9, 19.2 - In between a huge crystal and a not so huge but still big crystal. on plateau north of map.
29.7, 88.0 - Entry 29.1 84.6 - A fair bit inside, down 2 stairs. South West of map.
