Do we know what causes AP missions to reward this rather than the lesser Seal of Victory? I have AK25 on several characters many of which have completed the class campaign. Yet only a handful have access to this bonus reward.

I spent some time trying to figure out what causes this to replace the Seal of Victory as a bonus reward on AP missions. If you have 2 followers capped at ilvl850 you will start to see this. I don't know yet if that's the only requirement.

As far as I can tell, even with , these never double, even when they are a bonus reward from a mission.

AP tokens now vendor for the following:
Uncommon quality (green): 10 gold
Rare quality (blue): 25 gold
Epic quality (purple): 100 gold

The amount of AP in each token does not matter, just the quality of the token itself.
