You can have both this and Bottes de randonnée solides on the same character, and the effects will stack. They're almost comically effective when combined.

Thoughts:
1. Can anyone confirm if you can stack two bottomless flasks for a combined 30%+30% = 60% chance? - confirmed you can.
1.2. On a single follower with 2 slots available?
1.3. Or... multiple followers each with 2 Bottomless flasks? ex. 3 followers @ two flasks each = 6 x 30%= 180% from pure item enhancement as max? or does the buff only count once ie Max 30%.
