This is one of the items you get for praying at the shadow alter in the priest class hall if you chose the research Altars of Blessing.

Void Sphere, Swirling void potion, and Rune of darkness

They are all one time use and you cannot use the well more than once a day.

The faceless one is spawns does a decent amount of damage but its main function is to be a tank to help solo any strong world quest elites. Its not a pet so it wont follow you past cutscenes and the like so use it wisely.

This is AWESOME!

I used mine in a Mythic Dungeon.
It hits like a truck and can tank trash (and somewhat Bosses) in mythic dungeons.
I was really impressed by this "lil' fellah" :)

This is currently bugged in BFA to still do 50,000 damage per auto attack, even though it's not super useful since you can only use it in the broken isles.
