I just received this tonight. It is the reward for Prestige 8.

It is really disappointing because it is the exact same effect as the Honorable Pennant from Prestige 2.

Long grind for sad, pathetic reward.

I used both Honorable Pendant and Prestigious Pendant at the same time, and upon doing so, I could see a difference in the flags. One flag is weathered and patched while the other is more in tact..

Edit: Seems prestigious pennant is the one with the patch! Barely a difference though!

One interesting detail is that you can use them both at the same time but they sync up when you load into someone elses view or zone in but if you are looking closely you can see a ripple effect when they are stacked.

This Toy is granted upon achieving Prestige level 8. As of Patch 7.3 (Season 5), there are 4 Toys available from Prestige - one at levels 3, 8, 12 and 16.
