To get this follower you go to 40.4, 76.7 you will see a tower (/tar goldmane), climb to the top u will see Goldmane the Skinner in a cage with an orc Bolkar the Cruel 238k hp lvl 99 next to him , just kill the orc loot goldmane's cage key and free him and u get him as a follower
