Is there a way to get the item back if you accidentally deleted it? >.< Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure how this happened, but I got this in the mail on my Horde character. It says that quest is not available to my race.

I think it may have been because my son (whose Wow account is separate from mine but is on the same Battle.net account) started to play his Alliance character in WoD.

the prophet's arcanum

Problem: "you don't meet the requirements for that quest"
( I did the same quest line with 2 characters (2-boxing) and I got this error message.)

So I figured out why. I picked up the item while visiting my alts garrison. and I tried to start the quest while in the alts garrison. I don't know why it wouldn't let me. it probably has something to do with preventing doing quests in another garrison.

Solution: I ported out of the alts garrison and I was able to pickup the quest from the prophet's arcanum without the error "you don't meet the requirements for that quest".
