Located on a barrel near the very start of the instance. Just go up the first small set of stairs and it's right there.

If you forget to pick this up at the start, and finish the dungeon, porting out and back in will place you in the stadium, instead of back at the start. Never fear. Go out the small gate and turn right, go up the stairs, and turn right again. Move straight ahead and then turn left and go down the stairs into the Hall of Blackhand, then left again, and down into the Rookery. Go down the ramp and make a U-turn, heading back into the Hall of Binding. Go across the Hall and down the stairs. Turn left at the bottom of the stairs, and the jar will be right in front of you.
