IntroductionflyLoot and Resets

Your faction's World Boss will grant loot roughly once per month, as it does not spawn when the enemy has Warfronts control.

Rares will "reset" and be able to be looted again once your faction takes control of Stromgarde.

Commentaire de duranox

How much is known about the spawn rate, drop rate and how many times you can kill them each day?

Commentaire de Lycor

Nice area.
The set of season 1 has obtain in warfront.
The set of season 2, of mobs and world boss.
And the set of season 3?

Commentaire de scorpion8125

Forgive my stupidness… How do you get to the Arthi Highlands Warfront?

Commentaire de cleric670

Anyone have a good addon for location of the rare spawns yet?

Commentaire de gunsotsu

there doesn't appear to be a way to go back in time on live to old stromgarde. but fret not. for those seeking out the insane title and grinding ravenholdt reputation, the new synidcate mobs down by the farmstead and probably other spots give reputation. not entirely certain this repuatoin will get you to exalted, btu seeing as there doesn't appear to be a way to go back and see the quest giver i hope so.

Commentaire de jodmos

Pity there isn't a map with the location of all the mount/pet/toy mobs in one image.

Thanks for the heads up. I'm seriously blind as a a bat.

On saying that Ragebeak is in the wrong place, Myzrael and Overseer Krix aren't on it

ALTAHOLICS BEWARE! You can only do the "kill 20 X" quests on one toon each week. Don't start this on an alt unless you really want it to have all those luscious resources and that 340 piece of gear.

Commentaire de kornfreak78

Am I missing something? I went to Arathi with my main and got a bunch of quests to do. Mostly killing 20 of this and 20 of that, etc... well, I logged into my alt and those quests where not available. Can you only complete them on your main and that's it? Or do you have to do something to obtain the quests on alts? I'm kind of confused. If anyone has any information I'd appreciate it.

Commentaire de gunsotsu

wish blizzard would add more rare mobs to the game. it is always a satisfying feeling when i get to check another creature off the bloody rare achievement..
but alas, there has not been a legitmate rare in game since lich king, asides from volatile slime.

Are the rares on a daily lockout? Or on a 'access to Warfront dailies' lockout where you do the rares once time around, and you get to loot them again when your faction regains control of the land?

Commentaire de chrth

The rares respawn almost immediately after death. Drop rate is unknown at this point, but is probably low. You can kill them as often as you want, but you can only get the loot once per contribution cycle; it does not reset daily.

Commentaire de ezzy2103

The link that is said to see what the mounts look like doesnt work sadly

Commentaire de coldwinter18

It is better to have the rare name as label instead of the item it drops... when i fight a rare i want to search and see if it drops an item.. not to start searching tab by tab

Commentaire de heroofwinds9

The map on this guide uses the pre warfront one

Commentaire de 1244786

There is now an handynotes addon to track rares https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/handynotes_arathi
It's similar to the Argus one since it has been made by the same person

Commentaire de Dawnrider

Great job Blizzard. These things need to be reduced in power. I collect toys and pets, but since so many other people don't, I won't be able to get the stuff from any of the 122's cause my class survival was wiped out in BFA. I can't solo them.

Commentaire de drndara

After finishing quest for Arathi Highlands Warfont and returning to Banshee Veil ship, only way to return there was to fly there. As Horde portal to Undercity or as everyone new Dalaran portal to Dalaran crater (it is in the middle of new Dalaran). Flying there will phase you in. Alts got quest to turn in but didn't get quest to get into Arathi Highlands Warfront but flying did it. Once i moved into zone, it phased everything to level 120. Got on all chars ilvl 340 gear, pets, mounts, consumable elementals from various Rares. If you kill the once during cycle, need to wait next cycle to get the shoot on the loot again.

Commentaire de lucasion

Commentaire de Aralnda

the map for the rares is actually different for how it is in game, you have the current map for the world quests but not the rares, its very confusing now. can it be updated please?

Commentaire de Godofcheese

Rares confirmed to reset for Horde and not Alliance when Horde took over.
Good job blizz.

Commentaire de Aerynsun8449

Does anyone know why the mobs inside the warfront (when we have control and can go in to do the quests and fly) sometimes their names goes grey and when they die, we don't get credit for the kill or loot. It is as if Alliance hit the mob first, but no Alliance are present. At times, not that many Horde were present either to have "maxed" out the tag rate (if such a thing exists there). I remember in Legion during the collection of Marque du Sentinax only so many players could tag the mobs and get credit. But there seems to be no pattern here. Sometimes they grey out, sometimes they don't. Regardless of how many players are present. Although I don't recall it happening with two or three players.

IF you try and join a group from the LFR-Custom option and seem to be phased and are frantically banging your head against the keyboard, you might want to see if you are phased by Zidormi. Even if you used Zidormi in say, Silithus or maybe Darkshore it still may phase you so that you can't see your Raid/Group members.

Luckily, Blizzard in their infinite wisdom, thought about this and placed Zidormi at the bottom of the Arathi map at /way 37.88 89.45
Just go talk to her and it may solve your phasing issues.

Additionally, there is also a HandyNotes: Arathi you can use to keep track of the Rare Spawns. Hope this helps someone as that phasing messed me up for an hour even though I used Zidormi in Darnassus!

Good Luck!

i double checked this a few times and now this guide should really be working!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

how to unlock warfronts in BFA in world of warcraft dragonflight 10.2.5 on "alt" character that never played BFA content

this is for the alliance
you start in stormwind by the message board and there is a npc next to it who has a qeust "battle for azeroth: tides of war" put at the "tracking"abbillty" above the minimap the option trivial quest on then you can see the quest
you then go to stormwind keep to attent a war council
go true that and then to the harbor in stormwind talk to jaina and click the option i have heard this tale before the option should be there because your doing this on a alt and then you need to go true to some intro quest in boralus
when you reach cyrus crestfall listing to his story and then you take the qeust santum of the sages from taelia complete that
get the ferry pass from cyrus
take the quest from taelia click the map on the wall then complete the qeust and you should have "come sail away achiev" you have gone true the intro of kul tiras
then you need the heart of azeroth
talk to Earthen Guardians next to the inn in boralus and pick up the qeust a dying world
If the Earthen Guardians isnt offering you this quest - make sure you've completed the DF intro quest To The Dragon Isles (questline starts with Wrathion - The Dragon Isles Await).

-----------------------------------
this is optional but i worked for me: when you are on the qeustchain to the intro of the dragon isles at one time you have to go the harbor in stormwind and hand in the "the call of the isles" and wait for the boat the take you there
but you dont have to wait for the boat you can just hand in the qeust at that npc go in the mage tower and true the portal to the dragon isles and then fly to the waking shores at /way 82.11. 31.78 and there you can hand in the qeust "to the dragon isles!"
and then head back to boralus and the Earthen Guardian is having the quest now to start getting the heart of azeroth
-----------------------------------
do a few qeust till you get the heart of azeroth and the achiev "have a heart"
do the follow up qeust "infusing the heart" hand that in and get back to boralus
on the ship where the mission table is you talk to "halford wyrmbane" and he should have the qeust "uniting kultiras" complete that
now you unlocked world qeust in BFA
and now you should be good to go on entering the warfronts and when the portals are up you can go and kill all the rares there for all the goodies( mounts, pets, toys)
