Notes / Updates / Clarifications:

The Rostrum of Transformation in the live game lists "Nose" instead of "Snout" for the Highland Drake and Cliffside Wylderdrake, so if you're having trouble matching up the Cliffside Wylderdrake: Horned Nose for example between this guide and the Rostrum of Transformation, that's why.
The Highland Drake: Spined Nose and Highland Drake: Scaled Pattern that are listed as rewards for the hidden quest Glowing Arcane Jewel do NOT appear in the list of options (even locked options) on the live Rostrum of Transformation (which is different than for the other "hidden quest" options), HOWEVER both the quest and these two manuscripts DO appear to exist in the live game, so pursue them if you'd like.
The Cliffside Wylderdrake: Horned Jaw is for the Ears slot, not the Jaw slot as listed in the guide at the date of this comment (2023-03-08).
The Cliffside Wylderdrake: Finned Cheek (item number 197001) is for the Jaw slot and is still in the live game. The Cliffside Wylderdrake: Finned Jaw (item number 196984) is a duplicate Jaw slot item that's listed in this guide, but as far as I can tell the Cliffside Wylderdrake: Finned Jaw (item number 196984) is not in the live game.
The Cliffside Wylderdrake: Dark Skin Variation is listed in the Rostrum of Transformation's Skin Scale Type slot as "Eclipse" and it says it's a quest reward, though I haven't found that quest yet.
