You can only obtain one Cypher every week, as seeing a cypher requires signing a deal with that Cartel for the week. This means that under normal conditions, this secret requires a minimum of 3 weeks to complete.

The recipes for each Cartel weekly contract (Technique : négociation – cartel Ba, Technique : négociation – cartel Om, Technique : négociation – cartel Zo) are obtained after reaching Renown 8 with the Vandales de la manaforge. All contracts require a Instrument manaforgé, dropped from Forgeweaver Araz.

Although looting each Cartel Dead Drop gives you a junk item, the currently known requirement for the secret is just to loot them. It is presently unknown whether keeping the item is required -- we recommend depositing it in your bank for safety, as it will be auto-sold by junk-selling addons.

The Dead Drops can be looted on any difficulty, including LFR! If doing this on a lockout on Normal or above, the areas after Plexus Sentinel and before Forgeweaver Araz become inaccessible after Fractillus is dead, rendering access to 2 Dead Drops impossible.

In addition to the Broker Cartel contracts, you need to be Renown 8 or higher with the Manaforge Vandals to see the Dead Drops.
