Current itteration of simc nightly build for 8.0.1 seems to indicate SF/ES is better than NS/DS

I have qualms with Adaptation as being listed as the to-go option for your first row. As a rogue who wpvps quite a bit, you know all it takes is a sap to see if someone is running Adaptation and once it insta-procs you can go hard out on them with no worries of them trinketing anything.

On-use trinket is (usually) the go to option so you can trinket WHEN NEEDED. Sometimes it's better to sit in a long cc while you're planning your counter.

Just think: Sap/Poly/etc>Adaptation proc>insta-reapplication>no trinket option anymore. We're rogues, we can't live for very long on our own. It's use your cds extremely carefully and know what you're fighting, or die.

It would be really appreciated it if the rogue guides could add more detail regarding talent choices. If you look at other talent guides, they normally compare the talents to each other in a description below all three. They emphasize when to pick certain talents over others, rather than briefly describing them in a vacuum like it's done here.

For example, why would I want to pick Gloomblade in the first place? Are there high-armor targets / backstab restrictions I want to work around? Doesn't Find Weakness also have synergy with Enveloping Shadows? The guide would really benefit from some more depth.

I don't know about Subtlety not being good for PvE, I play PvE solo and one of my favorite moves for Rogues is Shadow Dance, which only Subtlety have. As long as I can face mobs one-on-one.

Imo it's better to get rid of Blind in favor of Recuperator and Graceful Guile. How often is one using blind in mythic/raids compared to needing more protection from AoE and some healing?

One small oversight is that the Subtlety Delve build takes So Tricky without actually having Tricks of the Trade.

Been wondering this since before 11.2, why does the Delve spec use the Hero talent "So Tricky" when the build doesn't use Tricks of the Trade ?
