Keep Holy Words on cooldown: Our Holy Words, Mot sacré : Sérénité and Mot sacré : Sanctification, are our most powerful abilities and should be frequently used for maximum efficiency. If you know that predictable damage is incoming, especially single-target damage, you can pool Holy Words like Mot sacré : Sérénité to prepare to triage allies quickly, but you should not sit on 2 stacks of the Holy Words if you can help it.

Raid Healing with AoE or single-target: Holy has great balance across talents with competitive AoE and single-target builds at their disposal. Often, triage or "spot-healing" can be at a premium in progression raiding, as most Healer builds focus on even AoE healing. This capability offers an opportunity for Holy to provide crucial output to the most vulnerable allies.

Mythic+ Healing is flexible: The Sérénité ultime talent lends a great deal of flexibility to Holy Priest in dungeons, allowing you to still cast Prière de soins to handle AoE healing while also giving you more Mot sacré : Sérénités that also cleave your party members.

Cast Mot sacré : Sérénité for single target healing on cooldown.

Consume any Vague de Lumière procs on Prière de soins whenever possible, you can hold up to two stacks.

Keep Prière de guérison on cooldown.

Cast Soins rapidess to spot-heal as needed.

Cast Châtiment during downtime to farm for Vague de Lumière procs.

Cast Hymne divin for raid-wide damage.

Cast Mot sacré : Sérénité on cooldown for single target.

Keep Prière de guérison on cooldown. (Focus on refreshing/maintaining stacks on players).

Use Apothéose frequently to save mana, reset the cooldowns of your Holy Words to prepare for additional burst damage or simply as a damage cooldown during downtime.

Use Soins rapides to build up stacks of Tissage de lumière to spend on more powerful Prière de soins casts.

Casting Renew reduces HW:Sanctify's remaining cooldown bei 2 seconds. That is not represented in the comments to the spells.

Guardian-spirit I believe it increases healing by 60% on the target not 40% unless there was a change? It restores 40% health of the target if the Guardian-spirit dies. It can be used on any target its only likely to be the tank.

What I really want to know from other casual priest players is how often they use "Heal". I find that I never use it. It is too long and I never have mana issues. I would rather cast a Flash and move on with adding some DPS to burn the mobs down, too. Thoughts?

Sooo.... the reason Mot sacré : Sérénité and Mot sacré : Sanctification eats Conversation divine is because they are a cooldown reduction to Mot sacré : Salut, if specced into it. Same idea for Cercle de soins and Flammes sacrées if you have the Appareil harmonieux legendary. I found the list below on warcraftpriest.com. Other than that, this guide is great.

Hi @automaticjak!

On your 11.0.7 guide, Raid Healing you've got Apotheosis in the Raiding talent tree, but in your spellcasting guide you describe using Holy Word: Salvation, which I think personally is the better of the two raid cooldowns. Do you agree? If not, can you please describe how you use Apotheosis in a raiding environment? Thanks!

So, in the Midnight pre-patch, as Archon should we cast Apotheosis on cooldown or should we wait for moments with higher damage income like boss fights?
