Has Frost, Life, and Storm Relic slots

Grants the Don de Sheilun ability, which is a single target that grows in power based from the last time you cast it.

While in combat, a mist cloud will spawn every 10 seconds. Only 12 mist clouds can be used for Don de Sheilun.

Les brumes de Sheilun: The passive part of this trait is a good boost to your healing over time spells, Brume enveloppante, Brume de rénovation, Brume apaisante, as well as the HoT. Have some way to track this buff and try to be near allies when it expires to make the most of the aoe heal at the end.
