Soul Cleave healing increased by 25%.

Frailty causes you to heal for 10% of damage dealt to afflicted targets (was 8%).

Talent Changes

Generators are key: Both Hero Talents heavily incentivize keeping Fracture from capping at all times. We want to use our spenders whenever possible in order to proc our Apex talents, but not letting generators cap takes higher priority when there is a conflict.

Prioritize Souls over Fury: Bombe spirituelle is a harder hitting spender whenever it is available, so the ultimate goal is to get to 6 souls as it comes off cooldown and immediately use it, particularly before a Metamorphosis cast. This means you should constantly be checking your Soul count due to multiple sources of generation and whether you can build to 6 in the next couple of globals to be able to spend them. After that, you will normally try to dump your Fury so that you don't overcap.

Use your cooldowns: In general, you should maximize cooldown value by using every ability as it comes off cooldown. It's fine to hold an ability for a short period defensively, but doing so too many times can lose extra casts in an encounter or dungeon, leading to less effective usage.

I'm lol'ing at this Mythic+ Build that favors Soul Cleave and no Spirit Bomb. Assuming this must be for +2s.

The defensive builds arent defensive, íf you are new player, you die automatically in m+ and raid because it isnt idiotproof and isnt too practical. Your builds Itamae are more of impractical because the choice of the talents.... are questionable because... you choose more offensive than defence because blizzard decided to buff tanks to be more tanky. tanks are meant to tank the mortal blows and not to be a... dps with defensitives and defensitive cooldowns... trinkets tier list Itamae is totally totally wrong because you cannot rate without experience. the Consumables are pretty decent, but it should be changed a little bit. i am giving it 1/5 stars because the entire guide doesnt impress me at all

Spirit Bomb is capped at 5 so why would we want to get to 6 before using it?

Can Poing de gangrefeu allow you to double the damage of the dot with a double placement? Or was that functionality from a tier lost and lost to time? I see they trashed illuminated sigils but that wasn't specifically the effect that did that. I can't remember what actually did.
