Lore is that shamanism has existed essentially since the beginning of time in every race. It's not something anybody invented and taught to other people - Trolls, Taurens and Orcs have all been shaman since their race first arose, and independently of each other since Trolls and Tauren were on different continents and Orcs on another planet.
Shamanism is basically the most primal religion in Warcraft, and it arose everywhere as opposed to somewhere.

It's hard to tell who were the first shamans, depends on where you draw the line.
On Azeroth, the first mortals to be following the shamanistic ways are most likely the Tauren. The Trolls did have natural spells, too, and while may be even older than the Tauren (if I remember the theories right), they didn't have much of shamanistic life style, and didn't care about the Elements nor the Elementals (a core point in shamanism) untill they got to learn from the Orcs (which rediscovered their shamanistic ways through the help of the Tauren).
The original uncorrupted Orcs (before they were corrupted by the use of shadow magic, and turned green in the process), though, might have been living a shamanistic life before the Tauren did, but that was on a different planet, and I'm not sure if there is any timeline known reaching back that far.
There are also the furbolgs and their ancestors the pandaren, who also have a shamanistic nature.
The original shamans, though, are the Earthen, at least if it's just for the use of shamanistic spells and such, I'm not sure if they had any connections to the Elements, though it wouldn't be that unlikely, depending on what the Elemental Lords play on shamanism (at least on Azeroth) is, after all they were banished to the Elemental Plains by the Titans, and the Earthens as the Titan's creation wouldn't follow those.
Dwarfs themselve are ruled out, even though they were Earthens, it doesn't sound that they still new about shamanism after awaking after the curse, not much is known about the shamanism of the Dark Iron Dwarfs and the Wildhammer Dwarf did discover their shamanism after they abondoned Grim Batol, the Wildhammer Dwarf shamanism is similar to the one of the Tauren, but most likely more pure and wilder.
