No, Ymiron is the King of the Vyrkul, and you see that in a few of the flash backs. Tyr though, is either the General in Ulduar, or he was eaten by it; as discussed during another topic on the board heh.

We did cover some good points; and the reason why most people don't see Ymiron as Tyr: Tyr is a Titan Watcher while Ymiron is a Vyrkul, two different breeds and races... plus, if he was Tyr, he shrunk lol.

Nope, it might be Vezax though. Tyr wasn't the God of war, well he sort of was, but that was Odin mainly. Tyr was the god of bravery. Also, the Vrykul are Titanic creations, not watchers.

I'm going for the Vezax-theory too.
Look at it this way: He's the only one missing in Ulduar, and his "room" is torn to pieces, and serves as an entry-way to Yogg-Saron. He isn't there - and there's no sign of him being murdered, slain or anything.
He was simply the first one to fall pray to the whispers, and submitted to them completely, long before the other.
