Most of the information is automatically gathered from the game, it would be tough to determine the respawn rates with the available tools.

Each of the pages has a pre-designated location for information like this, it's called the comments section. :P
When we can't gather the data automatically from the game client, we rely on our userbase to post and rate informative comments. If you post a comment and the comment gets rated down and purged from the page by the other users, then check your spelling/grammar and possibly strip the comment down to the most valuable information--like "30 minute respawn timer"--and try again. If it's purged again, then apparently it's considered unnecessary clutter by the majority of the userbase, you know?
Also, I'll thank you not to flame my moderators.

I just wanted to add that respawn rates for most mobs are not a static number, they are based on population of an area / zone. If you notice when the new expansion is released mobs will respawn MUCH faster than a few weeks after release when the zone calms down. This goes for named mobs for quests as well as just normal run of the mill mobs.
As always, there is exceptions to this rule, and as Malgayne has stated, comments section is the perfect spot.

Gonna try this again, realized I was just kinda being cranky. I apologize for that, it's been a long day.

Oh, and by the way - I would like to point out that if you have a problem with one of our moderators or another user, you can report them directly to Malgayne via feedback@wowhead.com. Mass-downranking all of a user's posted comments is not an acceptable alternative. Pulling a stunt like that is nothing more than flagrant disrespect of the system rules and any further abuse will result in your account being terminated.

You're not expected to kiss anyone's ass. You're expected to behave in a civil manner. If you can't do that you can find another forum to hang out in, and that's the same thing I'd ask of anybody.
I'm not trying to give you grief, I'm just trying to make this a better place to browse, which means things like not overriding the moderators when they lock your posts, and not flaming them when they answer your questions--myself included.
