Seems like some things need to be cleared first.
Backstab sucks at 70. It is that simple. It's damage and combo point generation are both inferior to mutilate. If you want to go daggers at 70, mutilate is the way to go.
Hemorrhage, ghostly strike and sinister strike suck with daggers due to their low damage. You don't use them.
Improved eviscerate is a very poor talent. You will rarely use eviscerate more than once on one person, usually as a finisher (duh). There are better options, like murder or improved expose armor. If you don't use expose armor (which you should) pick up murder instead, it will give you a bigger increase in damage than improved eviscerate.
Find weakness is the best talent ever. Period.
EDIT: Some mutilate specs:
Deep Assassination - my personal favorite for pvp. All the poison talents make me feel fuzzy and warm inside.
41/0/20 - some people like it for the ArP of serrated blades and because of elusiveness. I personally dislike it and have never specc'd it.

Please correct me if I'm wrong. With mutilate build, one want to have a slow and high DPS off hand.
A slow off-hand is not a necessity. The damage difference between the merciless shanker and shiv is minor.
Breakdown of slow vs. fast off-hand:
- The slow dagger in the off-hand will yield slightly bigger mutilates, but your shiv will cost 4 energy more than with a shiv.
- The fast dagger will yield more poison procs and your shiv will cost 4 energy less then with a shanker, but at a slight damage disadvantage.
However, most pvpers prefer the shanker for bigger burst damage on a double crit.
However, it is not always possible to get behand a player. High energy ability, such as SS has to be used for CP, even if shiv is used due to slower off hand it costs more energy (eg. 38+). Besides one could not always use shiv to get CP, cause it does less damage. Is there a way around this (i.e. get CP quicker)?
Getting behind an enemy is not as hard as you might think. Crippling poison makes you move a lot quicker than your poisoned enemy, and remember there's no collision between players, you can just run through your target and turn quickly to strike him. Sure, it might be tricky at first but you get used to it pretty fast. I can not think of a situation in pvp where you should use sinister over mutilate.
"Ghostly Strike" dose 125% weapon damage and provide 15% increased dodge chance, 20s cooldown is a bit long. Is it not worth it?
Ghostly strike will hardly be worth the energy compared to mutilate. Sure, the dodge buff is neat, but not needed. It has quite a bit of cooldown and it's damage will be poor compared to using swords.
Ghostly strike, hemorrhage, sinister strike are all most efficient when using a heavy-hitting main hand, which a dagger is not.

Thanks guys.
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=f0ecREgsizVoZEMCould anybody please tell me why "Improved Expose Armor" and "Find Weakness" rather than "Improved Eviscerate", "Ghostly Strike", and "Master Poisoner"?
"Find Weakness" only increase damage of
offensive abilities buy 10% for 10s. With in 10s only max of 5 abilities would be casted. Does it really worth it?
Imp.Exposer Armor is a key talent to a mulitate build because the real power of mutilate is to build a burst and unleash it at the best moment. EA will greatly improve the power of the burst.
Find Weakness give the same benefits, after the Kidney lands and you are ready to lauch the killing burst, you got another massive burst to it.
And since we generate combo points so fast, We are under the effect of FW like 80% of the time.
