Objective Tracker keeps moving

I use elvui, first off, but the adjustment is done through the Edit Mode built in to Dragonflight. This frame keeps moving to the right, so as the text is covering action bar 4 over there on the side. I have to use edit mode to move this thing all the time.

Any help on this one? I'd like it to stay in what Edit Mode says is the default position, but no joy.

The interaction between elvui and blizz default ui and be weird at times.

I typically move the extra action bar with elvui and have no issues so I would try that.
