I leveled demo because I just like my minion tanking for me while I dish out the damage. When you get near lvl 50, mr. blueberry will start having problems keeping aggro, but once you reach lvl 50 you get the felguard, so just stick with it :) should you choose demo ofc...

I prefer afflock by far. No downtime, can take multiple mobs at once without fear to die and if you are on a PvP server, will allow you to fight back easy.

once you get to northrend, i think 21/41/0 is pretty unbeatable for leveling speed - I averaged about 2.5hrs/level in northrend, and was able to solo almost every group quest i came across

Just try them out and stick with the one you like better. If you absolutely must level at maximum speed find that spec and use it. Warlocks are great for leveling. Pick your poison. I would much rather level in something I'm comfortable with than use something "better" that I maybe don't like as much.

I have leveled 10-27 now as Aff and I don't understand how the hell are you supposed to take any more than 1 mob at time. Is there some key talent I'm still missing, I don't know, but atleast my warlock is incredibly fragile.

Yes, you're missing a lot of talents (assuming you're following the recommended leveling build), specifically Siphon Life and Haunt, both of which are critical in replenishing health (but you can make due without Haunt since it is the final talent).
At 27, you are only getting health from Drain Life, which you can only cast one 1 mob at a time obviously. Once you talent in Siphon Life, every mob you cast Corruption on will return health, so logically, the more mobs you have Corruption cast on, the more health being replenished.
You're also missing important damaging abilities like Unstable Affliction and Pandemic, which help you kill mobs faster. Faster kills mean less damage taken.

IM still reading all the stickies since i just created my lock like 2 days ago. Hes lvl 26 now, and im a bit confused about the drain tanking? on the sticky it said to use the succubus when drain tanking, but now im seeing you all talk about useing ur VW...im lost.
Its a mixed bag. In my personal experience, the VW stopped holding any aggro around level 26 or so. As soon as I got the Succubus I switched to that because its a DPS boost and Seduce is a lifesaver in tight spots.
I followed Kappajoe's guide to the letter up to level 45 or so. At that point I knew enough to make my own decisions and ironically the end results ended up being pretty much the same thing.
