Right now the only ones I use are Healbot, and my NS + HT macro. I'm not good at customizing unit frames, most healers don't use healbot anymore, but it suits my needs. I think the only thing I need now is something to help me manage my LB stack timers. I do okay without them, but addons for me are more about lowering stress and anxiety than making me actually heal more
