Seriously? A macro to jump for you?
Hmm... I'll save you the trouble of researching.
Step 1: Press your Space bar (default key binding).
Step 2: Disengage
It takes less than half a second to press your space key. In the time you would spend looking up a macro to do this (though none exists), you can do this about 1000 or more times.

Well... He's right... Macros are specifically limited so that they cannot play the game for you. Anything that requires more than a single button press, interacts with the 3d game world (this applies to player movement in addition to interacting with the environment), or provides some sort of conditional logic to spell casting is not possible.
That said, some specific examples of things not possible with the API/Macros are:
Having a spell cast in response to an event, or as a result of some condition
Moving the player (including jump), interacting with any object in the game world, or aiming the aoe targeting circle
Delaying spell casting, or casting multiple spells with one button press (some exceptions here, but for the most part this is true).
There are, of course, some exceptions to this. Specifically, there is a
single
addon that I know of that allows you to control your player character, but it's written by a Blizzard employee using signed code (ie. Blizzard has specifically allowed access to protected API calls). Also, some spells that are not on the GCD or are on separate GCDs can be cast together. For the most part, however, you're limited to single actions, and no control over the 3d game world.

Toggling autoloot on and off itself is doable. actually triggering the loot action, however, is not. In other words, you can change whether or not you're autolooting, but you can't cause your character to loot via an addon/macro.

You know its quite interesting the hostility here about a mere convenience question. Ive broken my wrist and have had surgery and came here to find something that would allow me to mount and jump so i can fly without releasing the mouse and using the keyboard. Apparently you all think thats a lazy thing...

You could bind jump to a mouse button or the scroll wheel.
