Kupamanduka is a small frog in the poison fountain near the first boss. The Soulcoil Well is in the center of the boss' room. I wasn't able to click or interact with him, but I'd guess you have to herd him into boss. Will update after we do our run if no one else does sooner.

You have to purchase the Balm of Flies item from the Skeleton vendor in the first room to get the frog to come out of where it is sitting.

Commentaire de Mynarjr

To do this achievement: At the entrance (inside the raid) there is a skeleton to the left who sells Baume de mouches. Buy it and run to Kupamanduka right before the boss's room, and use the balm of flies to activate and make kupamanduka targetable. Pick him up (by right clicking), and bring him into the well! Once the fight begins, the frog will start jumping around the room. Punt him into the well, then watch him swim around! Kill the boss and get the achievement!

Commentaire de Malholis

Worth noting that when you get close to him, the blue arrow for kicking an object appears, and when you successfully kick, you will be stunned for one second. He jumps around erratically so having one person to chase him down might not be as useful .
