This one seems to be either bugged or just not working. I got 1/15 from killing the matriarch but no further progress on future kills.

Commentaire de Xirev

If anyone in your party or your specific raid subgroup gets the killing blow, everyone in that group receives credit for the kill. So if you're solo and there are other people around, invite them until you're a full party and hope one of you gets the killing blow.

Brewmaster Monk is the most reliable spec for this, since you can use Fortifying Brew and Touch of Death to make it easier to land the last hit.

You do not get credit if you are in a different raid subgroup as the player landing the kill. You must also be on the same faction.

From my experience, only the events "Bitter Bark" and "Power Vacuum" can transition into the "Grizzly" event.
It is not guaranteed that the "Grizzly" event will spawn though, once the events I mentioned are completed, there's a chance "Battery Rush: Downstream" or "Defiled Relics of the Sedge" spawns instead.

If completing "Bitter Bark" or "Power Vacuum" triggers the Void Incursion to begin, you'll need to wait for that to finish before the regular events resume, they continue where they left off.

Bull$%^&, how can i be the last one killing it with 30 other people DPSing it, what a waste of time.

Commentaire de Thorfisnson

What an arse achievement - if I wanted PvP rubbish in PVE I'd ask for it.

We did it!! Thank you for your help reporting this!!

"Fixed a bug that could prevent some players who were properly in combat with the Void-Corrupted creature from receiving credit toward the Cosmic Slayer achievement."

Please Guys Report this as Bug so we get a fix soon. Thank You

Coppy this text in Bug Report:

"The ACM "Cosmic Slayer" is not working as intended you only got count for it if you got the last hit on the Boss which killed it (Killing Blow). Please fix this soon as you cant finish the acm by luck when 40+ people are hitting the Boss. Thank you!"

Guys we can do it as we could as The Love armor Proto drake. Please all Help it takes less then 2 min....

Thank you

It's still bugged. Killing the boss in new "Void Ritual: Springclaw" strike in Eversong Woods also doesn't count towards the progress unless you dealt the killing blow.

Commentaire de VictorVolts

Has this been fixed? im 4/15 atm and feel like i haven't been getting the killing blow but still gaining credit, can anyone else confirm this?

When the Void Strikes are in Eversong Woods for the week, only the bosses found at Void Ritual: Springclaw and Void Ritual: Croaker count towards this achievement.
If a different strike is up, you will have to wait for that event to finish for the location to rotate.

This is still a pretty terrible achievement after the bug fix given that you have to wait for 2 out of the ~10 Void Strikes.
Also anecdotally, Void Strikes seem to rotate anticlockwise in a circle.

Commentaire de Selvadin

Trial characters cannot trigger the Void Ritual quest, but they do count toward the Cosmic Slayer achievement. I multiboxed a few trial accounts and finished the achievement quickly.

Commentaire de Rasboinica

I have a feeling that croaker and springpaw spawns much less than the others, ive seen much more beach, sunstrider isle and corrupted widlife ones

Commentaire de Velandrus

Don't see this mentioned anywhere explicitly so will write so it is known:

There are currently THREE eligible creatures for this achieve, two in Eversong and one in ZA.

Eversong Void Strikes:
- Void Ritual: Springclaw (Giant Cat boss)
- Void Ritual: Croaker (Giant Frog boss)

Zul'Aman Void Strikes:
- Void Ritual: Grizzly! (Giant Bear boss)

Therefore if you are farming for achieve you have better odds doing it on the week the strikes are in Eversong, Happy hunting!

Commentaire de Elesmer

Waypoints:

Eversong woods:
/way #2395 53 39.4 Void Ritual: Springclaw
/way #2395 56 76.8 Void Ritual: Croaker

Zul Aman:
/way #2437 32 71.6 Void Ritual: Grizzly!
