One Tuesday night I was sitting in front of Karazhan on my old PvE server, waiting for the rest of my guild to show up. Around me was a sea of well-behaved blue names, sitting there and minding their own business. I thought, "This is ridiculous. This is boring. This goes against everything I believe in."
So I flagged myself.
It was glorious. Alliance flagged themselves to attack me, Horde flagged themselves to fight back. The front of Kara turned into a impromptu Battleground as each side fought for control of the summoning stone and the front door. Ground was won, ground was lost, some guilds had to give up on farming i115 epics for the night because they couldn't get inside.
I abandoned that toon and rerolled on a PvP server the next day. No matter how frustrating PvP servers can get, revisiting the old PvE server is so boring that it feels like cheating.

Epic.
I congratulate you. :)

Realistic FTW. Sworn enemies=Kill on Sight. I tried playing pve, boring. Getting ganked for 79 levels allows you to really hat ethe other faction.
I agree with this quote, and for some reason i laughed really hard which i dont usually do lol.
But hating the other faction is easier knowing that they will kill you on sight or may just follow you for 10 minutes knowing they can 1 shot you. You envy thier one shot and then want to kill any alliance (0.o i mean the other faction lol) player you see whether they 10 lvls above you or 20 lvls lower.

I personally like the fact that if I see someone about to mine a Titanium Node I was hoping to nab, I can do something about it.

On my realm if people get bored theres usually a big crowd of people outside gurubashi where I just go duel people and generally let of steam. When the odd ally runs past he gets killed goes to tell his mates and ten minutes later about 20 of them turn up which leads to epic funs.
