Item – Warrior T10 Protection 2P Bonus – Your Shield Slam and Shockwave abilities deal 20% increased damage.
Item – Warrior T10 Protection 4P Bonus – Your Bloodrage ability no longer costs health to use, and now causes you to absorb damage equal to 20% of your maximum health. Lasts until cancelled.
I love it!
Item – Warrior T10 Melee 2P Bonus – When your Rend and Deep Wounds abilities deal damage you have a 2% chance to gain 20% attack power for until cancelled.
Item – Warrior T10 Melee 4P Bonus – You have a 20% chance for your Blood Surge and Sudden Death talents to grant 2 charges of their effect instead of 1 and for the duration of the effect to be increased by 100%.
Pretty awesome aswell!

The prot 4 piece doesn't make sense, there's already a glyph that takes away the health cost from bloodrage.

Prot Warriors probably now have
http://www.wowhead.com/?item=43396
glyphed. So if you reach the 4-set-bonus, you can replace it with
http://www.wowhead.com/?item=43395
or
http://www.wowhead.com/?item=43397
. depending on how you have glyphed right now

it seems pretty OP to me. I doubt it will make it to live with out some tweaks. But damn it would be awesome if it does go live.

big deal with 20% ap buff, we are arms, name one arms skill scaled with ap?
Um, all of them?
Melee (white) Hits: 0.235 damage per attack power
Overpower: 0.235 damage per attack power
Mortal Strike: 0.235 damage per attack power
Slam: 0.235 damage per attack power
Execute: 0.200 damage per attack power
This is all damage before talent or glyph modifications.
and sudden death has 9% proc chance, 20% of 9% is 1.8% increase of proc chance.
Right. So one in five of your Sudden Death procs will allow two executes instead of one.

t10 bonus isnt OP, in fact, it only helps arms to reach bare minimum dps to get into 25 man.
arms=bums.
Maybe you are arms, but im fury. 20% of ap until canceled? Im sitting at 9k fully buffed, i imagine that will be closer to 10k when IC comes. So 2k attack power for a two peice bonus?
That is op my friend.

The "until canceled" doesn't make any sense and is probably just a placeholder for 10? seconds. It can't possibly mean "until the rend/DW debuff is removed." That would be silly.
It all depends on how long the duration is. Yeah, 2k AP is a lot, but the non-heroic Death's Virdict procs for 450 Strength for 15 seconds, so like 1100 AP.
The bonus doesn't look that much more OP than a trinket proc.
I'm sure Blizzard Devs are very good at balancing their DPS increases. 5% increased devastate damage is around a 2% DPS increase. 20% increased shield slam damage will be around a 2% DPS increase. 5% Crit Rate on Incinerate will be around a 2.5% DPS increase. 10% increased Obliterate damage is around 2.5% DPS increase.
The Devs have guidelines for how much set bonuses and talent choices should increase damage. They are actually very good at balancing out things. I know at first glance "Holy cow, 2k AP" looks amazing, but I'm sure it will be balanced.

I agree on your main point, but the bit here seems suspect. There's no way 20% shield slam damage won't trump 5% devastate damage. Those abilities typically account for similar percentages of your overall damage, so 20% of one is clearly better than 5% of the other. Also, the 5% bonus is on a set bonus where half the itemization is wasted on taunt cooldown reduction.

The taunt cooldown is pretty bleh, I'll agree.
My damage breakdown is roughly:
30-35% Heroic Strike
30-35% Devastate
10-15% Shield Slam
10-15% Revenge
~10% Melee, Thunderclap, Damage Shield, etc together
It all depends on exactly which fight it is, of course.

Strange, my shield slam is around 20% and devastate not much over 20. Still, 20% of 10-15% is ~2.5% while 5% of 30-35% is ~1.625%. So even with your numbers, 20% shield slam damage is a lot better than 5% devastate damage.
