Tooltip disable?

So you know how when you mouse over a skill, in th ebottom right of your screen there will be a tooltip that explains it, or when you mouse over a player, the tooltip will tell you about him or her in the bottom right of your screen? Is there any way I can disable/move , preferably move, it? Because it's really getting in the way of my bartender and X-perl addons >.>

There are addons that allow you to move pretty much anything in the UI. You can disable it through the standard game UI. I believe it's called Advanced Tool Tips.

Like Sheridan mentioned, you can turn them off, but I think the only options in the default UI are on or off. If you want to move it, you're probably going to have to start looking into addons. I'm using Tip Tac currently, which gets the job done well enough.
