Is there a way (macros? addons? etc.) to enable/disable "Sound" in the system menu? (Retail: ShadowLands: Mac:) Thanks.

Not sure about Mac, but for windows its CTRL+S to disable sound and CTRL+M to disable Music only.
Primary sound like DBM and announcement still appear.
Or if you still prefer macro.
/run if GetCVar("Sound_EnableAllSound") == "0" then SetCVar("Sound_EnableAllSound", 1) else SetCVar("Sound_EnableAllSound", 0) end
