For mage, even though I'm a druid,
Glyph of Evocation
is amazing. For druid I would pick
Glyph of Thorns
for soloing and
Glyph of Rebirth
, basically giving the main tank 2 lives

Are we talking about current glyphs or glyphs gone by. Because if we're including glyphs no long in the game you can't get more game breaking then the glyph DK's had that let DnD make you quiver in horror every 2 seconds and not even run away just stand there and get beat on.

yeah tell that main tank good luck... he wont catch up to first place on threat anytime soon and DPS will be dying left and right.
Taunt much?

Yeah you'll be the target for the duration of the taunt and then it's back to pounding dps.
Fail much?
Apparently you don't understand the taunt mechanic. Taunt does two things: raises your threat to the lvl of the current highest raid member and forces the mob to attack you for a certain amount of time.
Fail much?

First of all to the gentleman that didnt understand taunt mechanics: You are everything that is good in this game, someone who when they realize they were wrong own up to it and learn! Kudos!
Secondly, this thread hasnt become about "game-breaking" glyphs but just about glyphs that are powerful for their specs. Almost every spec has a glyph or two that really make their role shine but very rarely would I call it game-breaking in any sense.
Despite all the complaining you'll see Blizzard (for the most part) has done an admirable job balancing this many different class/spec combos.
