Use the tab-key on the keyboard?

Pressing tab really is the fastest way to get an enemy target right there, but might take 2 presses. It's 2v2, so it's still a pretty fast solution.
You shouldn't be targetting yourself, there's an Auto-Self Cast button; upon pressing <AutoSelfCastKey>+<SpellKeybind>, the spell will be cast on yourself without you losing your target. Actually, you can activate an option to auto-self-cast by default. What does this do? Simple, if you use a friendly spell and your target is hostile, it automatically uses the friendly spell on yourself, while not changing whatever your target is. Beware, if your target is friendly, this behaviour is ignored. And this behaviour does NOT work on Penance or Dispel Magic, which require you to autoselfcast or target yourself (Since penance used on a hostile target has an effect (damage), and Dispel can, unlike any other heal). Nothing a good macro can't solve.
Since this is only 2vs2, you can also create simple macros for your spells, such as /Cast Penance, which will instantly cast Penance on your partner ignoring whatever target you currently select, and bind it to keys (Example: Alt+MyHealKeybind heals my partner.). Another good idea is to use Focus; than, set a macro for /target Focus, which will instantly give you access to whatever your focus target is (And it's going to be a hostile target). Gladius allows for quick focus changes too, in case you'd rather target the other player.

Or simply enlarge gladius frame and check some focus macros.Arena junkies can help you there greatly.

Mouse-over macros! They work for friendly or enemy targeting.
You can mouseover unit frames, gladius, grid, actual characters, whatever.

/cast [] <Unfriendly Spell>
The basics: this will cast a spell at your current mouse-over (if it meets the help/nohelp/nodead criteria) or your current target if you don't have a valid mouse-over.
As a Resto Shaman, I can simply target the enemy healer (or a caster or something) and sit on him while still performing all of my healing with mouse-over macros. I have all of my healing spells, Wind Shear, Purge, Hex macrod in this way. It pretty much negates the need to use focus macros/key modifiers.
I also set up Grid right next to Gladius so I never need to move my mouse far to get the right target.
