rejuve and WG are often top two abilities on my meters so revitalize gets some action. probably depends on healing style. i still see some druids with LB on top O.o
(off-topic - hehe, i run a resto druid and DK tank at 80 also. my druid is my best geared character >.<)

Honestly, it depends on your role.
Living Seed is amazing when you are tank healing and using Nourish. Really, it's great for tank healing, only a little useful for raid healing. You really need to compare tank vs raid healing to see its usefulness.
Also, Living Seed is amazing for pvping in BGs. It buys you more time, and increases your effective HPS by giving you a heal in between casted heals. This has proven crucial to me many times over in BGs (though I won't speak for arena).

All druids should have 3/3 Living Seed.
All raiding druids should have 3/3 Revitalize.
Nature's Grace is probably not worth the points anymore.

Burst heals usually make up <10% of my overall heals; is Living Seed really a must have? No, it's not.
I don't think it's about Living Seed being amazing so much as it being better than all the other Direct Heal boosting talents you have to choose from.
Living Seed is just flat out mathematically better than Nature's Grace and Natural Perfection, and those points have got to go somewhere. You could make a case for Tranquil Spirit I suppose.
