Its called, dont click prowl while prowling?
I dont quite understand what you mean, do you accidentally click on prowl while prowling, and this way you get out of it?

I think you only have to press prowl *once* and the command will go through as soon as the skill is ready to use. In that case, just bind it to '1' on the hotbar and press 1 when you go into catform. Otherwise, just calm down when pressing prowl?

Well what if he uses like... sit? Instead of a spell... so it's like
/castsequence prowl, sit.
that way he casts prowl without having to spam it and it instantly sits him down, which doesn't bring him out of prowl. Maybe make it something else that's interesting like prowl then /lol

I'm not big on macros, but wouldn't this eliminate the need to spam the prowl button?

There are actually add-ons I've seen...ok AN add-on I've seen called shiftbind I believe, its supposed to keep you prowling in cat form as one of the features, given i've never used it, but it might help your button spam problem?
Only problem with the prowl/sit macro would be if he's spamming the button big time he'd sit and the macro would reset to prowl and if he hit it a third time it would take him out of prowl while he was sitting.
I guess if he's spamming prowl that much maybe a longer macro or a macro with a reset timer or some sort of flag for reseting it?
/castsequence reset=target prowl, sit
or
/castseuqence reset=30 prowl, sit
/shrug

I don't think there's an actual NEED to spam the button myself, if you don't have time to prowl, spam mangle.

I need a specific macro that:
- If I am already prowling, clicking the button won't do nothing, neither break prowling
- If I am NOT prowling, clicking the button will put me in prowl mode
Can this macro exist???

Right? Seems right to me. If you don't specify Prowl in the showtooltip, it will show ? when you are stealthed.

Wouldn't hitting it twice work?
Though, tbh, I really don't see why something like this is necessary. How hard is it to shift and cast Prowl?

It doesn't check if you're in cat form, it doesn't do any other things than what the poster asked. Prowl if not, if prowled doesn't do anything.

No problem. Anyone that uses channeled spells without cooldowns can also benefit from similar macros.

This is a spammable version of a Mind Flay macro. This way you won't interrupt your current channel and waste the mana. Works great with stuff like Arcane Missiles as well.
