Uhhh... really? ...
Wait, didn't you say.
After this thread I decided to leave....trying to describe common sense to a bunch of brainless idiots.
Well i guess you didnt actually leave then...
Apperantly you're not aware of the word theory.
Just to throw fuel on the fire... I believe that's called a beat down.
Why post again if you're just "beating your head against a wall of brainless idiots"? One, I believe that's called masochism and two, it's in poor taste to declare everyone a brainless idiot, leave and then return to again declare everyone has no idea what they're talking about, you're the only POV that makes any sense and NO, that abo@#$%ely does not make you crazy. It just makes you look like an arse. So....troll less or give something constructive to the conversation.
In any case, I believe that OP should view the stickies (pointed out to him multiple times in this thread). Svirve has a point about TPS minimum and DPS maximum thresholds and the gap that a normal raiding guild will maintain. By that, I mean a decent raiding guild is not going to have a very geared tank versus fail DPS so there will always be the threat of the DPS breaking a threshold to take threat from the tank because there is only so much a person can do versus mechanics.
I feel really good about the fact that your 1 post was to troll me. Now I know I have been getting through to some people.

Hi, I know there isn't real rotation for paladin because every spell has cooldown, but I saw somewhere "69696969 rotation" this mean i have to put macros on 6 and 9 keys and push only them? If yes how this macro should look like?
you know that thing they say about no such thing as a stupid question?
yeah but umm... in that macro case, why wouldn't they just call it a 12121212 rotation? lol what makes 6 and 9 so special? dude if you did ANY searching you'd find out your answer easy.
every tankadin and his mother's brother's ex-sister in law has made a thread about the 969696969 rotation...

zoomie sometimes wants a realistic scenario, sometimes he wants a theory scenario.
Either way, you'll never please him.
Dodge is better than agi for min/maxing, but agi has been better for EH/Avoidance since tBC.
Show your math, or it's full of crap ;)
Ok, no, I didn't really have much else to add to this wonderful thread. Except possibly to point out that 4k DPS over a 5 minute fight = 1.2mil HP.
Little numbers add up.

Wow! Leave for the long weekend and I miss the good times. Anyways i will just pick a few.
When you're progressing through UK hc, then yes the 969 is overrated. You can tank in a holy spec with RF up and healing yourself.
200 TPS could be the difference between a wipe and a succesfull kill. 200 TPS means each DPS has to do 200 DPS less. Which is like losing 1 DPS in a 25 man raid.
We play the game cause it's fun. There is no fun in not being able to raid 1/10 of current PvE content because you're a slacker and dont like improving yourself.
/agree (cheers Svirve)
Uhhh... really? If you honestly think that if a tank has 200 less tps the whole raid needs to do less dps, then you're doing it wrong. If your dps is riding your ass on threat that close that if you do less tps, they need to slow down, then you really need to look into playing a different class. I can understand maybe 1 or 2 people getting up on the tanks ass on threat but if you think that a tank doing slightly less threat means that the entire raid needs to do less dps, you need to learn a thing or two about threat mechanics.
If a tank doing 200 tps less is going to break the raid, then the tank failed long before he dropped 200 tps.
I totally know where your coming grom zoomie. You are talking like a tank that holds agro on quest mobs, and does 5 mans. Slowing DPS is fine if your just doing a quest or /1 chatting in barrens as you tank. Sure go for it. But when you have a boss that hits harder and harder for the longer time you take to do the encounter, or only have 3 minutes to kill a boss, then you don't tell your DPS to slow. You tell them screw the aggro table. PUSH IT. In hodir you want your Locks and Mages to pull threat on you, because there is no way your going to do 22000 TPS with your rotation, you waiting for them to break the 130% level and then you taunt, boosting your threat to the top. Then you need to work to keep it there because the mage that can't solo shatter starts moving up the chart as he just got a crit buff.
I will keep my 9696 rotation and +200TPS. I'll also hold on to nice purple gear that drops too.
Cheers,
Hat

Depends on the situation.
(always use HS before the pull also pull with HoRec+AS/Exo or both AS&Exo)
Lots of mobs: HotR - Cons - ShoR - Judge - HotR - HS etc...
Single target: ShoR - Judge - HotR - Cons - ShoR - HS etc...
When using HS pre-pull it's also possible to do "996969" since it takes a few seconds for the mobs to reach you so HS will be off CD in time. Like this:
HS - Pull - Cons - HotR - Judge - ShoR - HS

Its almost funny/getting rediculous how much crap we need to prepare or make sure of before even starting 969 on the first pull. (no other pally).
SoV->BoS->RF->Devo->DP->SS->HoReck/Exo->AD->HS->Conc->
969
I mean, wtf!
