the nelfs racials are decent for pvp, but if you do an alliance char, then id go with human for free trinket.

Right now, the best races are Human if you got 2 dangerous trinket or Gnome if you don't.
Shadowmeld is great but it's only a defensive tool while Escape Artist is an excellent offensive and defensive tool.

Because in the real world, I don't have access to high end pve gear for my arms set-up. So I focus on a more defensive gear set-up and play with comps where my utility ( MS, peels, etc... ) are more important than my raw damage output like WLD.
But If I had access to that kind of gear, I would roll TSG or Dispell Cleave ( probably the 2nd since, like you said, res is quite low ).
Anyway, dream gear set-ups are not made to be reasonable, aren't they ?

well why would u dream to have a bad gear set up? low crit at 32% (after spec)
37 % crit. You forgot axe spec or cruelty.
Look, I just saw your warrior, your ratings prove that you are a way better warrior than I am. Like I said I don't have access to high pve gear for my warrior so I can't test if my gear set-up is worth the res loss.
Maybe I should have considered your question more seriously. I always considered wowhead as a more casual wow board, especially considering PvP. So, I just had some fun creating a monstrous pain train without real arena consideration.
If you want a complete answer from top players, may I suggest you arenajunkies.com ?
You'll have more chances to find a pro on those boards.
Sorry for the confusion.

Strength because RMP is the most powerful setup right now and it will tear through them. the higher armor on plate classes isn't too bad and i think warriors can beat them if it isn't a prot spec. With ring proc+ trinket procs + shadowmourne proc + berserking this char will get roughly 4k more ap which make the ap about 9.5k.
I mostly used Arena gear because it already had a ton of strength and with arena gear, naturally, there should be a ton of resilience which is what this char have.
I think he will even survive 20sec stunlocked without heals against RMP and still be able to use only BS to get a killing blow on a 2300-rated player.
EDIT: changed 10 to 20sec

Strength because RMP is the most powerful setup right now
That's questionable
and EJ mades some calculation proving that ArP offers more raw damage than Strength on any targets besides mages with mage armor.

Ye, but with full arena gear it is a bit hard to get to a point where you don't have to rely on a trinket proc and I find that the trinkets almost never procs when you want. With this char i was more focused on survival while still being able to put out greater damage than your average pvp player.

I know a guy who arena's all the time... rad rating... he only rolls with around 800 resilience, sometimes a little more... simply because of how much crazy stupid dmg it let's him put out when he doesn't have to do spend stats on resilience. He runs with a healer in 2s.
