Okay, so I have created my first paladin after getting my hunter to 70. I currently have him at level 19 with some fairly decent gear.

I am wondering if there is a decent guide that I can follow for leveling, I want to be able to tank decently, but also have a good heal for myself during mid fights, if you could look over my current talent picks and give me some suggestions, they would be appreciated!

i don't know of any class specific guides
but...
thread that covers this topic:
Paladin spec for levling
short answer to your Q:
level ret until lvl 40 where you can choose to be ret or prot
level to 58, buy outland gear spec prot or holy and instance like crazy
ret gear: str > crit > stam > int > spelldamage
prot: stam > migation > spelldamage > int > str
holy for solo leveling: spelldamage > int > MP5/spell crit > stam
i hope i got that right :D

It might be worth noting that tanking is still fairly easy at low levels even as a non-prot spec. The DPS classes really can't do much DPS yet so as long as you're using RF and blessing your party with Salvation. Ret won't really hinder your tanking ability at all.
I've done quite a few SM and RFD runs on my 40ish paladin as full Ret and I had very little issues at all with holding aggro even though they had no semblance of attacking the same target. Well, there was this one group that I had some trouble holding aggro against, but an hour later I realized it was because I had never put RF on.
Of course, when you hit 60 and start doing Outlands dungeons.. especially if you want to primarily level in dungeons it will probably be worth going with a Prot spec.
