Nevermelting Ice Crystal
Spark of Hope
Knowing where your current spirit and spellpower are at would help in the decision, as well as your other trinket. Can we get a armory link?

I used it for abit as disc during my huge diversion to sp over int but ive had to change back bcoz my mana was a bit low (embarasing i know lol ). I found it rly nice for putting up lots of DA's, especcially for saurfang.
For holy i dont think its that great, id stick to the spark and try to get the trinket from marrowgar 10man

Looks like Apples vs Oranges to me. One is a
Throughput Trinket
, the other is a
REGEN trinket
.
You should consider whether or not your gear can sustain you if you drop the substantial regeneration drop if you lose the spark. If so, then go for it. Too much regen can be a bad thing. Yeah, you heard it from me first (maybe...)

i have the impression that criticals would most probably contribute to overhealing.
and holy isn't exactly good with mana usage.. ( i often find myself oom easily as holy )
i'd probably take the spark unless i have absolutely no mana issues.
Overhealing is irrelevant unless you're OOMing, which in your case, you are. That means you're doing something wrong like gearing improperly. You really shouldn't OOM. I can go through an entire heroic instance with a modestly geared group and NEVER drink. If you can't get through a boss fight without OOMing, then either your group is undergeared or you're doing something wrong.
The Spark is an incredibly over-powered mana regeneration trinket and still ranks among the highest (if not still even THE highest) mana regen/conservation trinket in this game currently. I consider this trinket to be a big crutch if you NEED to use it for proper mana regeneration. You should look elsewhere for regeneration when possible though because you can't keep that trinket forever.
As far as CRIT goes, it will allow you to
keep up
your regen
as well.
