I recently just hit 70 on my alt hunter and am not quite sure how what to do as far as gems/enchants. My spec is 41-20-0 so am curious what to do. Should i stack attack power gems or agility gems? Should i get 35 Agility to weapon or savagery? Any help would be appreciated.

Your issue is a common plight among BM Hunters. You need to balance RAP and Crit. You don't have the Crit that Survival Hunters have, and you don't have the RAP that MM Hunters flaunt around.
Because you
(should)
have a faster attack speed than both of those, you can use both your RAP and Crit very efficiently. If you have a focus dumping pet (like Scorpids or Ravagers) you want a bit more Crit for the Go for the Throat talent.
2000 RAP is the minimum acceptable raiding amount required of most MM Hunters. I see 1500 for BM be the required amount. 1500 is very easily obtained
(hell, I have 1800 self-buffed)
through Heroic blues/epics. More RAP also means your pets deal more damage as well, since thier attack power scales with your ranged attack power.
If you have less than 1200 RAP, my suggestion is to get your RAP up before your Crit. Once your RAP reaches ~1400-1500, boost your crit up to be around 16-18% (at the minimum).

well, its actually funny, for all this im talking about my old main hunter, who is still wearing basically all lvl 60 epics( seen here
http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Eldre%27Thalas&n=Hammerforge
) only replaced about 2-3 items. Sonic spear i replaced an ancient quiraj ripper, and a pugio, so once i get the polearm enchanted it should make me a bit better. My main is a warlock's guild is basically just going to be farming BT/MH untill sunwell hits so this guy is just meant to be a pvp/farming screw around guy anyway.
But anyway, back to the point, thanks again for the input, gave me some ideas on what gear/gems i should be on the lookout for.
