i didn't suggest anything because i was stuck wondering why you would want a feral/balance build. I'm still not sure tbh.

Id advise you to go either full feral or full balance, preferably full feral. Hybrid builds aren't very good, sadly.

The talents are intentionally designed so that Feral/Resto and Balance/Resto are the only hybrids that work well. Which is a good thing, too, because Feral and Balance need radically different load-outs in terms of gear - you automatically gimp one by gearing for the other, as soon as you start hitting lvl 45 or so. The other (underlying) reason is that blizzard want druids to put at least some talents into Resto, since we're supposed to be one of two "main healer" classes, lol.
You can attempt a Feral / Balance hybrid, but it will suck.

The most balance I've ever done was moonfiring critters as I ran through the barrens, but I think I can help you on the Feral end.

is my Feral spec that I I've used tanking in SSC/TK/Gruul/Kara/Heroics. Feel free to move things around, but the key talents you should hit are as follows:
Ferocity: Must have, and far better than the other option.
Primal Fury: Drastic combo point generation increase in cat form
Feral Faerie Fire: Used for pulling in forms
Heart of the Wild: +20% to Int, +20% Strength(Cat), +20% Stamina(Bear). This talent is the reason pure stat gear is great for druids.
Suvival of the Fittest: Mostly a high-level talent that is necessary to tank as a druid. Reduces chance to be crit by 3%
Leader of the Pack: +5% crit for your party
Mangle: Pwnage threat, replaces Claw for Cat form
Furor: Free rage/energy on shift. Good for pick ups.
Omen of Clarity: Clearcasting melee = massive burst damage

i dropped the thick hide and feral charge cuz they r only for bear form
Dropping Feral Charge, that's a bit contentious ;) You may not be planning to tank much, but FC is a really key ability which is great for pvp and off-tanking as well... you might want to re-think that one.
