Mimiron's Head drop in updated Ulduar

Hello!
I would like to know If the Mimiron's Head still drops off Yogg. I noticed setting it to 25 still doesn't change the raid to 25man since the last patch, the little flag on the mini-map still shows as '10'.
Do I still just defeat the 4 watchers, have them looking down towards Sara & not speaking to any before starting Yogg to be eligible for the Mimiron's Head drop?

Ulduar now uses flex size, meaning it'll scale depending on the number of players in the group. Other than that, it still works as before, so if you beat Yogg with no keepers assisting you, you'll have a chance to get the mount.

Oh I see...
So as soon as it says
The Ancient Gate of the Keepers unlocks
and I haven't spoken to any of the keepers, that's it then. I'm eligible for mount regardless of it showing '10' on the mini-map.
