Light-headed when standing up means your blood-pressure is dropping. Cardiac arrhythmia can be a cause of that. If you have allergies, that too can cause it (along with the heavy breathing). A third possibility is iron deficiency anemia.

Yeah I would recommend going to the doctor now since your symptoms are worse, if I would hazard a guess it could be some form of pneumonia because that can pain core area but thats a guess, I am not a doctor nor should my diagnosis be relied on

get off the meds.... the side effects in the long run will kill you.. doctors and drug companies also have a different agenda..
I agree with this statement. Haven't you people seen commercials on television about drugs? "Our medicine heals your (____)! Also, it will rot your liver and collapse your kidneys! But still, you wont have heartburn any more!" Seems to me most of the companies care not about our health, but about our wallets instead.
That being said, you're having some unusual symptoms and I'm not sure what advice to offer other than go and see a doctor and hope they give you something that wont just make you worse off.
That, or you're a hypochondriac. Yet, I'm willing to give you the benefit of the doubt!
Feel better!

Unlike how most people care about actually giving their money to companies that they feel are honest and hardworking, instead of just trying to get the product as cheap as they can.... right? Wal-mart wouldn't be rolling in the dough if it wasn't a two-way street.

You should have consulted a medical professional when you starting having chest pain. Why didn't you?

QFT. People don't take preventative steps to lessen the damage to themselves when they start having medical problems, and then wonder why they have serious medical bills down the line. Ughhh... I mean, its just stupid how people do things like this. One of my friends has had a cavity in his mouth for a while, and instead of going to the dentist, he's been buying pain killers. Now he's got a tooth abscess.

All I'm saying is, you're going to have to pay one way or the other (unless you die), personally I think its better not to have to pay on the huge interest that accumulates when you don't pay your medical bills right away. And that's the best way to think about it - if you don't take preventative steps and get preventative treatment, you're effectively going to have to make a massive interest payment on the bill you would otherwise pay now.
