The only probable way to get to exalted by 30 is to make a level 1 UD warrior, go to ogrimmar, and from level 1 - level 30, just do the quest areas that give ogrimmar rep, essentially be an orc warrior...but you're undead...does that make sense?
Edit: Because I can't spell.

This is what I'm trying to do with a dwarf paladin, but with Stormwind reputation.
I took the route Starkie suggested, literally running my level 1 dwarf to the human starting area and doing every quest from there on as if I was just another human instead of a dwarf. It's working well so far, as I'm nearly revered with Stormwind at level 22. The only issue: I'm leveling so fast, I don't think I'll be able to hit exalted in the next 8 levels. Now that the leveling speed has been increased I'm not sure it's possible to get there in time.
I've done the cloth turn-in quest for wool, as well, but you can't get the repeatable one at such a low level, so that doesn't help either, unfortunately.

Sure you can! Go do AV turn-ins. They award a very small amount of rep per turn-in, but it's fairly easy in crowded BGs to rack up stacks of turn-in items. It's a good repeatable, since you can't get the cloth turn-in yet.

I know it was possible to do at level 40, but level 30 is quite a bit tougher. I'm currently working on one of these little projects myself!
Be sure you go pick up the Children's Week quests in Orgrimmar if you haven't already, they award quite a bit of rep. :)

I've got a dwarf priest that I'm slowly leveling up to play with some friends that I can't convince to stay Horde side with me. I don't mind the level 60 dwarf mount, but the low level ones are pretty bad. So I'm working towards a nightsaber for now.
On another note, I just tried to go pick up the Children's Week quests and had some issues. I switched over to a different character to see if it was a level issue (priest is 19 now) - but when I changed back to the priest the quest just randomly decided to show up. So I really have no idea what the requirement for picking it up is. Hopefully you'll be able to get it with no problems.

As for the horde side we got a repeatable quest that seems to give rep:
Chen's Empty Keg
Granted it going to take a long time of farming and it keeps giving XP until level 32, but if you only do this quest and farm the items with the help of a high lvl you maybe can reach it at level 30.
