It is not possible only using the WoW interface. I however use a speedpad which has the ability to do timed macros which allows me to hit a button once and it do, for the OP's case, apply corruption then CoA or vice versa.
Isn't this technically a violation of the EULA for WoW?
yup

Did a little digging, came up with this:
/castsequence reset=target/combat/10 Curse of Agony, Corruption
Will cast CoA first press, then Corruption second press. Resets when you change target, enter/leave combat, or after 10 seconds.
I prefer more control over my spells and would go with something more like this (if I wanted to macro them).
/cast Curse of Agony
/cast Corruption
Casts CoA when you left-click the button, corruption when you right-click.

i thought /in was limited to using items and chat commands...?

Regardless, through the Blizzard UI, you can set up timers of a sort.
I.e.
/cast corruption
/in 2 /cast curse of agony
I know I had something like that macro'd for a "steal gold
focusing lens
" fun thing in between down times for raid, etc. that would slowly "drain" gold from someone else.
1) That does not work.
2) /in is a function of the Ace timer library, not the Blizzard UI.

Perhaps not for spells, but definitely for items/chat commands as asakawa said.Correct.
No idea what ace timer is, so using that /in command is part of the blizzard ui.Incorrect.

All I did was copy a macro from a site, put it in my macro page, and tada. So what part of that isn't a part of the blizzard default ui?
Delete your Interface folder, create a macro with /in, marvel as it throws an error.
It is not part of the default UI.
