Warriors can pop Berserker Rage to become immune to fear, but its cooldown is 30 sec. Your fear should have a 24-sec cooldown if I remember correctly. Either you wait for the warrior to use his Berserker Rage first for whatever reason (it also helps them to get rid of Sap so if they were sapped they would use that and you can safely fear them) or you use Psychic Scream, wait for it to come off cooldown and immediately reuse it, you'll have 6 seconds where the Warrior won't be immune to fear unless he uses the pvp trinket.
Also even though it's obvious, against a warrior you should always have PW:S up because they get no rage when they hit a shielded target, and with no rage they won't be able to burst you down.
Don't play a rogue so I can't be of help there, but Psychic Scream is going to become a problem soon because they will eventually get Cloak of Shadows.
The key against those classes is to be mobile and rely on your instant spells. You don't have much at level 50, only PW:S and Renew, and Pain Suppression since you're Disc. Leveling up a bit will give you Prayer of Mending and Penance. When you can't run, you can blast them with your Shadow school spells that do have a casting time and pray they're dumb enough to kick it, which allows you to spam heal yourself without worrying about being kicked for a few seconds.

No, since Wrath Berserker Rage is usable in any stance.
