skywyze, you can check
http://www.wowwiki.com/How_to_kill_a..._(Warrior)
for many tactics against each class, and
http://www.wowwiki.com/Warrior_buildsfor talent builds.
First site is a bit more usefull then second for what you need.
When it comes to talents, as people said: MS is great for pvp, mace spec also. And it is also based on playstyle.

Hello Skywyze.
There are a few things I'd like to suggest, and you may take it or leave it;
Honor:In two weeks time, season one will be open to buyers via the honor points system. Solution? Move into your new home! Alterac Valley, baby. Win or lose, it is hands down the best way to farm honor, regardless of the daily battleground quest.
Farm honor, buy the season one
Gladiator set, get the
three Vindicator's pieces, alongside the various rings, trinkets and amulets to complete the set. Obviously you'll want a
weapon, so pick the one you like the most. I'd suggest a sword for now.
Talent Builds:Been doing this a long time mate, I've dropped hundreds and thousands of gold on talent builds,
this is the most sound one I've settled with in all my years of playing. If you care, here is my breakdown as to why;
Imp. Heroic Strike - Three rage less to cave this into someones face has saved me many a time, not to mention it's proved to be the better of it's counter-choice, Imp. Overpower & Anger Management.
Deflection - An extra 5% chance to avoid any and all melee damage. What is not to love in regards to this?
Iron Will - What good is all that gear, what good is that big ass sword, if you can't swing it, or use any of it? Gives you an extra edge on anything and everything that'll stun lock you. It'll also help against the three remaining Warlocks who use a Succubus.
Deep Wounds - Need it for Impale. Otherwise, nothing
that amazing...
Impale - Bigger critical strikes!
Two-Hand Weapon Spec. - More overall damage, nothing note-worthy to split it up with.
Death Wish - Immune to fear, more damage, needed for Mortal Strike. Take your pick.
Sword Spec. - Sub it for whatever weapon you pick, picked sword for this builds link because I suggested you go with a sword yourself.
Imp. Intercept - Everyone and their mother will kite you. Get back into the battle faster with this, alongside the Gladiator set piece bonus.
Mortal Strike - C'mon ...
Second Wind - Negate some damage that is done via any and all root effects. Cannot count how many times this has saved me, plus it helps with rage.
Cruelty - More critical strikes!
Imp. Demo Shout - Now, this one I get some hate on. "AMG WHY NOT UW?!" -- Unbridled Wrath is garbage, and has been. I'll take a considerable nerf to my enemies damage output over the extra three rage over the course of an arena match. This will save your life, and help your healers. Pick this and enjoy.
Piercing Howl - To counter the kites, and to pull Rogues back out of stealth when they vanish, amongst other random things. Too good to pass up for group PvP.
Commanding Presence - More AP, more damage. Imp. Cleave and Blood Craze are not worth it over the great added bonus of what Attack Power provides.
Enrage - You're going to have this up in almost every PvP fight. Enjoy the intense damage boost it'll provide when you're not Death Wishing it up.
Tactical Mastery - Strictly for Spell Reflect. If you're looking to be even semi decent at "Warrior PvP", you need this, and a macro to bounce back whatever the guy is sending your way. Plus, you'll laugh your ass off when you reflect back 5K Pyroblasts, Cyclones and Fears.
MoviesWarcraft Movies.com should be your best friend for the next several weeks, or months. Download Warrior PvP movies and watch them over and over, master what they're doing, intergrate it into your playstyle and become a better Warrior. I've learned a lot from watching others play. I highly suggest you download "Depth". It's a great movie, and it'll show you a lot of tips and tricks on being a Warrior in the arena.
That should do it for now. Enjoy, sorry for the long ass post. Hope you gained something out of it, and feel free to ask questions.
