And well. If you want to narrow it down to Congress-wise, I found this, and to be quite honest, I think that's worse, so to speak, than a single person's outburst. Probably won't find a single Democrat having an outburst against Bush.
Honestly, in my opinion, one person thinking that he should be able to interrupt the President of the United States because he's black is worse. Democrats as a whole disagreeing and cheering/booing during a speech, versus one guy cutting off the President of the United States by himself... yeah, even the guy's wife said he was a nut for doing that. You just don't do that to the President, and I can see there being a bit of racism with that Congressman thinking he could do that.

I don't understand how we make the jump from 'interrupting the president' to 'interrupting the president because he is black'.
Should he have interrupted the president? No. I think the only thing worse than that is to label him as a racist for doing it. I found former President Carter's assumption more racist and disgusting than Joe Wilson's comments, which I also disagreed with.
Either come up with a solid reason why you feel Joe Wilson is racist, or come up with a way of explaining the words 'you lie' as racist themselves. Without coming up with solid reasoning behind labeling him or his actions as racist, you are just arbitrarily coming out with that for dishonest reasons.
Very true.lulz inorite.
Try to come up with something a little more... well... a little more than 2 words. ZOMG

I don't think he'd be being called a racist if there wasn't something going on. If his party really felt strongly enough to disagree with Obama's statements, they're disagree as a party. If it was Bush up there, the Democrats either would have kept quiet as a group or contested his comments as a group. But that Congressman just up and made a comment by himself, which I don't believe he would have, if he wasn't slightly racist. He doesn't have enough respect for the President to silently disagree until his party is ready to show their disagreement as a whole.

On topic:
I don't think something such as "You lie!" means the guy is racist. If that were the case, every other comment made by a person would instantly make him a racist.

Its not the words that he said, its that he interrupted the President of the United States by himself without the support of his party while the President was speaking and that shows the Congressman has a lack of respect for him that goes beyond just disagreeing with his political views.

I agree 100%. He was disrespectful. It goes beyond reason, and into rudeness. But that Congressman just up and made a comment by himself, which I don't believe he would have, if he wasn't slightly racist.I disagree 100%. If I felt the president of the united states were deceptive and wrong, I think I might impulsively interrupt him. It wouldn't be right of me, but it might happen. I'm not the most cordial. But there is not a racist bone in my body.
What I think you are saying, is you can't find a reason to disagree with Obama, unless it's a racist reason. To this, I roll my eyes, and shall wait for age and maturity to set in.

No its not that, I think plenty of Republican congressman might disagree with him, they just aren't going to just burst out all of sudden in the middle of a speech by themselves like that. The fact is, either the guy is a jack ass and we're just now noticing, or he's slightly racist and let that slip when he was thinking emotionally.

"Yo Obama, imma let you finish, but let me say that China has one of the best illegal alien healthcare policy of all time. Of all time."

Don't you think it is a little harsh of you to assume racism? I mean, if you had some sort of evidence, sure, but you don't. You even sound a little hesitant.
The healthcare debate is a really touchy one. There are a lot of emotions flying. Around the country people are reacting wildly. A two word outburst is not all that shocking to me. To then say that racism had something to do with it, it seems contrived for points.
