Here are a few stickies that you should read (all of them under "Helpful Threads"):
Anathema: The complete Shadow Priest Guide
by Valandilv.
Priest FAQ v4
by Primar and Aylia.
Gearing Up for Raids IV
by yours truly.
Edit: Read through these, make some major changes, and come back so we can help you tweak everything to perfection.

yea but its your job to know when you're not ready. u have lvl 60 gears on at lvl 80 thats shuld be illegal.
anyway, get some lvl 80 gear, preferably purple gear, if not get some blues and do some heroics 1st. Then focus your spec on damaging and mane regain, as shadow u can disperse though so its not really neccesary.
and a good rotation i use, (where am like #2 on the dps meter somehow lol) would be........
Vamp embrace, SW:P, DP, vamp touch, mindblast (f
or the small regen mana after the VTouch
) and then mind flay until mindblast is done CD
ing
. also mindflay should renew your SW:P, so the only think u should reapply is DP. Also u have a shadowfiend so use it whenever u run out of mana in mid-fight, and after fight u should use disperse if u have 50% less than full mana.
Thats the way i play, am 79 now and can wait till 80 to do some heroics and see what i will wipe in lol

the spider boss aka pug killer is a nasty one with a pug... but tbh i blame you and your RL cos he should have looked you up and you should have told him. no excuses hehe.
( are you gonna pay the repair bills of the party ?)
i would of blamed the raid leader imo.i mean i knew i probably wasnt ready for naxx 10 anyway, but i was bored and in my opinion its not hard to goto wowarmory or wowheroes and look me up and say "no,your not geared enough to dps naxx 10 sorry"
While I partially agree with that, it's also up to you to be responsible and not go in so undergeared that you need to be massively carried. And the only way I could see a DK doing less DPS than that is if they were a tank, and a bad one at that.
I'd start off by buying some of the BOE Ilvl 200 epics on the AH, or getting a guildie/friend to craft them for you.
Titansteel Spellblade, Faces of doom offhand, Ebonweave gloves/robe, 60EoV Bracers, Mantle Of The Extensive mind, Deathchill Cloak, Titanium Spellshock Ring/Neck, etc.
If you are having money issues, I'd reccomend leveling your professions. Level mining and JC and you'll have a stable moneyflow and a great endgame profession. You can level mining in one day easily if you put the time in with the help of an addon like gatherer or the like.

^ This post is amazing and will give you a headstart on where you should be shooting gearwise.
You'll get it, it just takes some time investment. Luck to you and have fun =)
Edit: Also your spec is a little off. Read the stickies to get a better one. YOU NEED 3/3 Meditation for any build, idk why you took mental agility/silent resolve over it. Do you really have to worry about holy/disc threat and dispel resistance as PVE shadow? Shuffle your disc tree around a little and put the extra points into shadow and that should help some too

You have SW:P too soon in your rotation. You want to wait until you have 5 stacks of shadow weaving to get maximum damage from it. Proper Shadow rotation should be:
VampTouch>Devouring Plague>Mind Blast>Mind Flay>SW:P
Edit: And since when is replenishment a small mana regen? When you have a large mana pool it's RIDICULOUS Mp5

as far as lvling my professions go.im currently lvling mining on my main(im 450 mining but im not maxed as in i cant mine everything at 450 skill lvl yet).i was thinkin about getting jewelcrafting but the whole reason im lvling my mining is to sell titansteel bars and get gold
Get to 450 mining, but titansteel bars will make you max 120g/day if you farm everything yourself. JC on the other hand can be in the 1000's of gold/day once you get a few recipes. Mining makes the most money when you can farm saronite yourself, prospect the ore, cut the raw gems you get from prospecting, profit.
Edit: Also get glyphs, why do you only have 1 @ 80, that is just crazy!

i planned on buying all my glyphs when the server is up(still down for me).cuz ya,i know i only have 1 glyph which technically isnt even for my spec but i had another spec and i respeced i just never got glyphs for it
wasnt that hard to lvl up cuz i had a constant party with a feral druid so ya,i didnt really think it was that important at the time.and what your saying is,would getting jewelcrafting be actually better then just selling titansteel bars on the auction house for gold?
cuz i know selling titansteel bars can make alot of gold
No, it really can't make alot of gold. JC is WAY more money no matter how you look at it.
Depending on your server the mats sell more for the finished produt first of all, and second of all even if that's not true, you can only make one titansteel bar every 24 hours. As I was saying earlier that's max 120g/day.
JC doesn't have that limitation. Farm/buy a few stacks of saronite. Prospect, cut the gems. Put as many on the AH as you could possibly desire and rake in the gold.
Not to mention titanium ore is going for so much right now because of the 3.2 JC changes.
Also as far as glyphs go, for PVE shadow glyph of shadow word pain is a must. It most certainly is for your spec, don't drop it. THe other 2 you should grab are glyph of mind flay and glyph of shadow.
