Is there lore behind the Tabard of the Achiever?

I just got the
Tabard of the Achiever
with its respective achievement, but now I'm wondering if its design, or even the item itself, represents anything on the lore of the game. or if its just for the sake of the achievement itself.
If it doesn't have a lore, where does it fit better, or how do you guys "explain" it in a lore friendly way?

No actual lore, could say it's from the Explorer's League or the Reclaimers if you are Horde.
