If you never run out of mana, then it is too high. If you run out of mana, it is too low. You should gauge it based on specific fights and if you're doing hard modes.

A guildy of mine put it this way for all healers.
If you have mana at the end of a fight, you could've healed more, if you go oom before the end of a fight you need more regen.
In all theres no shame in saying that you had to use ur pots and mana tide to keep up your healing, they are cooldowns there to be used after all

Yep we do hard modes from time to time.
You might want to have a few swap pieces in your bags for fights you know you'll be fine on your mana sitch. Have more haste/sp or whatever.

You have already covered the 8int/4mp5 gems so I won't mention them but if I were you I would probably swap out some of your int gems for either
Reckless Ametrine
for some haste and throughput improvements or even gem
Quick King's Amber
.
The basic rule of thumb with most healers imo is if your mana is fine then start gemming/enchanting for throughput, which haste and spellpower are amazing for. I'd also probably change your bracer enchant to 30SP for the same reasons. As is your healing style seems fine, people rarely die and the raid progresses, exactly what is needed. Which role do you take on most of the time though? Tank or raid healing?

Well, you have a large amount of crit so theres no need to stack much more imo. Your gear seems fine just get a bit more haste really, wouldnt hurt to get a bit more spellpower either but that will come with upgrades (I see you still have a few naxx pieces which im assuming will be replaced soon enough). Its all down to just testing it out, seeing how much haste you can stack without gimping your regen and throughput (through spellpower). Out of interest how much +healing do you have with earthliving buffed?
