This is a guess off the top of my head (the math should be easy to verify), but it's probably something like

((Rating1 x AttributeValue1) + (Rating2 x AttributeValue2) + (Rating3 x AttributeValue3) + ... (Ratingn x AttributeValuen)) / 100
